摘要
使用CVD涂层对9Cr18不锈轴承钢的摩擦磨损性能和流动接触疲劳性能进行了对比试验，试验结果表明：9Cr18不锈轴承钢经CVD多层沉积TIC-TiCn…TiN后，相对耐磨性提高22倍，摩擦系数降低至0．15，滚动接触疲劳寿命明显的提高，额定寿命L10提高4倍，中值寿命L50提高2倍以上，寿命离散性也小。附图12幅，表2个，参考文献5篇。
