Analysis of Axial Clearance Influence Factors of Tapered Roller Bearings with Loose Rib for Automobile Hubs and Countermeasures

通过对汽车轮毂用带挡圆圆锥滚子轴承轴向游隙计算公式的推导及工艺尺寸链的计算，分析了这种轴承的零件中各相关尺寸对其轴向游隙的影响，并从加工的角度提出了保证轴向游隙符合设计要求的具体措施。附图3幅，参考文献1篇。

Through deriving the calculating formula of axial clearance of taperedroller bearing with lase rib for automobile hub and calculating its technological dimensionchain, influence of various related dimensions of this bearing parts on its axial clearance areanalyzed and from the point of view of machining, concrete measures to guarantee axialclearance corresponding to design requirement are proposed.
