摘要
制约特大型轴承生产发展和制造水平提高的关键技术是特大型轴承套圈滚道加工精度测量与控制技术。文中就特大型轴承套圈滚道精加工的精度测量与质量控制作实质性探讨,设计套圈外径尺寸为500~1600mm的滚道精加工主动测量装置及其加工找正机构。并对设计原理、测量精度与误差进行分析。附图4幅,参考文献9篇。
Critical technique of restricting extra-large bearing production develop-ment and manufacturing level raise is raceway machining accuracy measuring and control-ling technique for extra-large bearing rings. In the paper, accuracy measurement and quali-ty control of raceway finish machining for extra-large bearing rings are discussed substantial-ly raceway finish machining in-process measuring device for 500~1600mm ring outside di-ameter and its machining capturing mechanism are designed and design principle, measuringaccuracy and error are analyzed.
