摘要
通过电解法制备了Ag/AgCl参比探头,考察了其在0.1mol/LKCl和人造海水中的电极电位稳定性,并用金相显微镜观察了电极的形貌。针对电解型Ag/AgCl电极寿命有限的特点,自制了盐桥,并研究了电极性能。结果表明,电解电流过大容易造成银丝过度氧化,AgCl膜层在银丝表面分布不均匀,且附着力低下,电极性能下降。电解电流适中时,Ag/AgCl电极电位稳定性、准确性良好,且通过自制盐桥,电极的寿命明显延长。
A Ag/AgCl reference electrode had been made by electrolytic method, then its stability was tested in 0. 1 mol/l. KCl and artificial seawater. The morphology was observed by metallographic microscope. The results showed that the performance of the Ag/AgCl electrode obtained at high electrolytic current was poor due to the deposition of the unevenly AgCl film with low adhesion. The electrode prepared with suitable electrolytic current was characteristic of stability and precision, and long service life. The electrode had a long service life with salt bridge self- selection.
