摘要
为测定浸锌液中Fe3+的浓度,建立了以水杨酸钠为显色剂的分光光度分析方法。研究了显色剂用量、pH值以及铜、镍、锌等离子对浸锌液中Fe3+测定的影响。结果表明,当浸锌液中的Cu2+浓度小于2.56g/L、Ni2+浓度小于22.3g/L时,对Fe3+测定的影响可以忽略,而Zn2+不干扰Fe3+的测定。该方法快速、准确,可以作为浸锌液中Fe3+的现场分析方法。
In order to determine concentration of Fe3 in zincate solutions, the method was established with ultraviolet absorption photo spectrometry using sodium salicylate as color agent. The effects of color agent dosage, pH and main metal ions (Cu,Ni,Zn) were studied on the determination of Fe3 +. The results showed that while the concentration of Cu2+ was less than 2. 56 g/L and Ni2+ less than 22. 3 g/L, these ions did not affect the determination of Fe ' , and Zn' had no effect on the determination. The method was rapid and accurate, and it could be used as the on-site way of determination of Fe3+ in zincate solutions.
