介绍了用CTS-6型超声波探伤仪检测材料及轴承零件内部由于锻造加工过饶而形成细小孔洞等缺陷的方法和具体金相分析结果,说明了此方法的有效可行性。附图11幅。
Method of insPecting defects (small ho1es, cavities, etc. ) of materi-als and bearing ports forming inside due to forge burning with CTS-6 tyPe ultraspnic flow de-tector and concrete metu1lographical analyzing results are introduced. The effective feasibili-ty of this methed is shown.
