摘要
本文采用试验设计方法,就16MnR压力容器用钢气体保护电弧焊接的工艺参数、工艺条件以及保护气体配比,对焊接工艺性能、焊缝形状尺寸和焊接接头力学性能的影响进行了研究,并讨论了该钢种气体保护焊接的可行性,可靠性及经济性。
The effects of welding parameters, conditions and shielding gases on the weld bead mechanical properties and geometry dimentions in Gas Metal Arc Welding of 16MnR pressure vessel steel are studied by experimental design in this paper. The availiability,reliability and ecnomical property for the GMAW of 16MnR steel are also discussed in the paper.
