日达仙联合放化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌疗效分析 被引量:11

摘要 胸腺在人体免疫功能的产生和维持中起着重要作用。日达仙(胸腺素α1,Tα1)是从胸腺素第5组分(TF5)中纯化的28肽物质,也是生物学活性和作用机制研究得最为清楚的组分。日达仙联合化疗有利于化疗后患者骨髓功能的恢复,但联合放化疗的临床效果报道较少,对放射性肺炎等并发症预防效果的研究更少报道,本文就此做了初步研究。
