科学发展观是中国共产党人在当代对马克思主义理论的重大创新,集中体现了马克思主义的世界观、价值观和方法论,浓缩了时代发展精神的精华。只有从马克思主义世界观和方法论的高度来认识科学发展观,才能得其要旨;也只有从这样的高度来贯彻科学发展观,才能增强自觉性、坚定性和实效性,达到治本之目的。

The scientific development concept, a significant innovation about Marxist theory made by Chinese communist Party in modern times,is a concentrated manifestation of Marxist world outlook, values and methodology ; it is also a condensed essence of development spirit of the times. Therefore ,the gist of the concept could be got only when the concept is understood from the high plane of Marxist world outlook and methodology ; and it is in the same way can we strengthen our readiness, firmness and practicalness until we arrive at the target of tackling problems at their roots.
