摘要 本文根据对膨胀节爆破试验过程中五个阶段及对爆破事故实例的观察和分析、研究得出了在设计、制造、安装等过程中未发生异常的多层波形膨胀节在一定条件下仍有可能发生爆破的结论。对发生爆破的原因和条件作了分析,对如何防止这类爆破提出了具体的措施和建议。 Based on the observation and analysis of the five stages of burst testing of the expansion joint, and on the investigation, cimparison and discussion of bursting failure examples. the present essay draws the conclusion that under ccrtain conditions there is still the possibility of burst even if nothing abnormal has happened during the design. manufacture, installation and use f the multi-ply bellows expansion Joint, The essay also analyzes the causes and conditions that lead to the burst of the joint and offers some practical measures and suggestions for the prevention of this kind of burst.
