综述了乌龙茶性味特点和乌龙茶在防癌抗癌、减肥功效、抗疲劳作用、抗老化机制以及抗病原菌作用等方面的研究进展。
The development of the research has been summed up on the property and taste of Oolong Tea, and the roles it plays in the prevention and resistance of cancers, reduction of weight, relief of tiredness, and protection against aging and pathogen.
