摘要
用适宜浓度的钙和赤霉素及其复合溶液浸种处理早白菜苔、薜荔的种子,研究处理对种子萌发的影响.结果表明:(1)低浓度的Ca2+和GA3都可以明显提高种子的活力;(2)Ca2+和GA3的复合溶液对种子的萌发具有更良好的促进作用,各处理间具显著性差异,差异性主要是由GA3引起的;(3)Ca2+和GA3复合溶液处理的淀粉酶活性高于由Ca2+或GA3单独处理的,而且以后酶活性回降的幅度也是复合处理的小于单独处理的.
In order to study the effects of Ca^2+ and GA3 on seeds germination, seeds of cabbage and Ficus pumila were soaked in the solutions of Ca^2+, GA3 and Ca^2+ GA3 with different concentrations. The results showed as follows: (1) The solutions with lower concentrations of Ca^2+ or GA3 may enhance the vigor of seeds obviously. (2) The solution composed of both Ca^2+ and GA3 has better effect on seeds germination. Among these results, the effects of GA3 treatments were more significant than Ca^2+. (3) Activity of amylase after seeds treated with the solution composed of Ca^2+ and GA3 was higher than that treated with solutions of Ca^2+ or GA3 respectively. The activity of amylase decreased within a smaller range during the third day seeds germinated after treated with mixed solution as compared with seeds treated by Ca^2+ or GA3 respectively.
