摘要 目的进行新型抗肿瘤复合材料表阿霉素α-聚氰基丙烯酸正丁酯纳米粒(EPI-PBCA-NP)生物安全性的初步评价。方法使用SD大鼠进行慢性毒性试验,检查一般状态、血液学、心肌酶学、肝肾功能及重要脏器病理学以及可逆性观察等,判断EPI-PBCA-NP的生物安全性。结果低剂量EPI-PBCA-NP与对照组相比无明显差异,中、高剂量均表现出一定的毒性,随剂量的增加,毒性反应也更加明显。结论EPI-PB-CA-NP的生物安全需进行更深入研究,以确保临床使用和应用的安全。 [Objective] To evaluate biological security preliminary assessment of a new type anti-tumor composite EPI-PBCA-NP. [Methods] SD rats were used for chronic toxicity test, and we checked the general state, hematology, the creatase of cardiac, liver and renal function, and the pathematology of some important organ and reversibility observation, etc. [Results] Low dose EPI-PBCA-NP was safe, but the midst and high dose groups showed toxicity and had a dose-effect relationship. [Conclusion] EPI-PBCA-NP needs more research to analyze toxicity to ensure clinical and applied security.
