膀胱癌尿脱落细胞周期及细胞DNA含量的临床意义

摘要 目的探讨膀胱癌患者尿脱落细胞周期及细胞DNA含量的临床意义。方法采用流式细胞术(FCM)对24例膀胱癌患者尿脱落细胞进行检测。结果全组24例病理诊断均为膀胱癌,其中单发13例,多发肿瘤11例。FCM检查尿脱落细胞示正常二倍体11例,异倍体13例(54%),DI值平均1.6。单/多发肿瘤出现异倍体各为7例(53%)、6例(54%),病理分级Ⅰ~Ⅲ级。结论膀胱癌细胞的分化程度影响异倍体的出现,异倍体是判断膀胱癌病理分级及细胞分化程度的重要依据;膀胱癌单发或多发不影响尿脱落细胞异倍体的出现。 [Objective] To investigate the clinical significance of the exfoliated cell cycle and the cellular DNA content of urine of bladder cancer. [Methods] Exfoliated cells of bladder cancer in 24 cases were detected by FCM. [Results] 24 cases were certainly bladder cancer diagnosised by phycology, and 13 in them were simple cancer and 11 were multiple. Urine exfoliated cells were detected by FCM, and the diploid and the aneuploid existed in 11 and 13 cases(54%) respectively. The average DI was 1.6. The aneuploid of the simple or multiple bladder cancer exited in 7(53%), 6(54%) respectively. The range of phycology degrade was Ⅰ -Ⅲ. [Conclusions] The cell differentiation grade of bladder cancer influences the appearance of the aneuploid. The aneuploid of urine is an important index in evaluating the pathology and cell differentiation grade of bladder cancer. The simple or multiple bladder cancer will not influence the existence of the aneuploid in urine.
