摘要
目的探讨帕金森病脑多巴胺转运体核素显像(DAT-SPECT)的诊断价值及其与帕金森病综合评分量表(UPDRS)评分之间的相关性。方法采用脑DAT-SPECT与UPDRS评分相结合对30例早中期帕金森病患者及10例对照组进行评定。结果DAT特异性摄取于纹状体区浓集;PD患者纹状体区脑DAT特异性摄取与对照组相比明显减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0·01);PD患者脑DAT特异性摄取与UPDRS相关因素分析可见:PD患者纹状体区DAT特异性摄取率与患者运动功能评分呈可疑负相关(P=0·0895)。结论PD患者DAT-SPECT为诊断PD提供依据,并可作为判断病情和预后的标志。
Objective To investigate the application of dopamine transporter imaging by SPECT (DAT- SPECT) in the early diagnosis of Parkinson's disease;and to explore the relation between evaluating the symptom severity of Parkinson's disease by unified Parkinson disease rating scale(UPDRS). Methods There were 30 early metaphase PD patients and 10 normal control in this study. UPDRS was conducted to all patients; at the same time, all objects were imaged by SPECT with 99mTc-TRODAT-1 the specific radioactivity uptake was measured in bilateral striatum and lobes using region of interest (ROI). Results DAT-SPECT imaging:the radioactivity was enriched in each side of ST, poor or not gathered in forehead lobe and cerebellum; the bilateral ratios of dopamine transporters were both lower in patients with PD those that in the control (P〈0.01). The RAU of PD probably has the negative correlation with U3. Conclusion DAT-SPECT could be used to diagnose the earlier or preclinical PD. It also could take object for judging condition.
