Research on the Role of Institutional Innovation in the Construction of Innovational Nation

制度与创新型国家形成之间具有较强的相关性,本文通过构建制度创新对国家创新绩效影响的模型,分析了制度在创新型国家形成中的作用。理论分析与实证研究表明,制度创新是创新型国家形成的深层次保障。在借鉴发达国家经验的基础上,我们应当选择一种运行费用较低的制度模式,为社会提供一个促使科学发明和技术创新的有利环境。

There exists a strong correlation between institution and the construction of innovational nation. This paper analyses the role institution plays in the construction of innovational nation through a model examining the effect of institutional innovation on the performance of innovation in the country. The theoretical analysis and empirical research show that institutional＇ innovation is a profound guarantee of the construction of innovational nation. Learning from the experiences of developed countries, we should choose a system mode of lower running costs and provide a favorable environment enabling scientific inventions and technological innovations for the community.
