摘要
研究了三苯基锡(TPT)对羽摇蚊幼虫、小锥实螺、颤蚓的24 h-LC50和浓缩系数。结果表明,三苯基锡对羽摇蚊幼虫、小锥实螺、颤蚓的24 h-LC50分别为278.7、249.1、287.8μg.L-1;羽摇蚊幼虫在5、10μg.L-1TPT时的7 d-KBCF分别为60.4、70.5;小锥实螺在10、20μg.L-1TPT时的7 d-KBCF分别为2 648、1 377;颤蚓在10、20μg.L-1TPT时的7 d-KBCF分别为41.7、48.7。同时还研究了三苯基锡对羽摇蚊幼虫口器和小锥实螺螺卵孵化的致畸作用。
The 24h-LC50and 7d-KBCF of triphenytin(TPT) to Chironomus plumosus larve,Galba pervia and Tubifex tubifex were studied.The 24 h-LC50 of triphenytin(TPT) to Chironomus plumosus larve,Galba pervia and Tubifex tubifex were 278.7,249.1,287.8 μg·L-1,respectively.The 7 d-KBCF of Chironomus plumosus larve to TPT at 5 and 10 μg·L-1 was 60.4,70.5,respectively.The 7 d-KBCF of Galba pervia to TPT at 10 and 20 μg·L-1 was 2 648,1 377,respectively.The 7 d-KBCF of Tubifex tubifex to TPT at 10,20 μg·L-1 was 41.7,48.7,respectively.The teratogenesis in the mentum and mandibles of Chironomus plumosus larva and eggs of galba pervia were observed.
