前列腺癌早期与延迟内分泌治疗效果的比较 被引量：1

摘要 前列腺癌内分泌治疗的时机问题一直以来无统一意见。早期行内分泌治疗可缓解症状或延迟疾病进展，但却带来许多严重的并发症；延迟内分泌治疗即待患者出现疾病进展或出现l临床症状时再行内分泌治疗，虽可避免内分泌治疗带来的副作用，但可能延误了治疗的最佳时机。本文即对近年来前列腺癌内分泌治疗时机方面的研究作一综述。
