血管内皮生长因子与肾间质纤维化 被引量:2

摘要 肾间质纤维化涉及多方面的因素,其中管周毛细血管网的丢失参与了肾间质纤维化的进展。血管内皮生长因子的异常表达与管周毛细血管网丢失有着较大的关系。本文综述了血管内皮生长因子与肾间质纤维化发展的关系以及可能的机制。
