摘要
研究了PNN/PZT系梯度功能压电材料中各类离子互扩散反应及其随温度和时间的变化.用电子探针测量了互扩散偶的组分分布,利用“薄板叠加”扩散模型,对Ni2+,Nb5+,Ti4+和Zr4+的扩散浓度分布曲线进行数值逼近计算,确定了互扩散层的厚度,估算了各离子的扩散系数及其表观激活能.
The interfacial diffusion reaction between PZT and PNN phases in FGM ceramics has been investigated as a function of the sintering temperature and time respectively. The compositional distribution peofiles of the interaction region were examined by electron probe microbeam analysis(EPMA) under the same condition. According to the diffusion model, the concentration distribution profiles were simulated by the computer. The diffusion coemcient and activation energy for Ni2+, Nb5+, Ti4+ and Zr4+ have been esti-mated. The results were discussed.
