摘要
用金属有机物热分解法(MOD法)制备了含镧PLT薄膜,用Z-scan技术测试其非线性光学性能.结果表明:低镧(≤25%,摩尔百分数)的PLT薄膜下显示非线性光学效应;高镧的PLT薄膜非线性光学效应较强.PLT30薄膜的非线性折射率高达0.3μesu(静电单位).
The different stoichiometric PLT thin films on quartz substrate were prepared by the MOD method. Its nonlinear optical properties were studied by means of Z-scan technique. The results show that the nonlinear optical effects of low La content (<25%) PLT films are not obserbed. The PLT 30 film of high La content has strong nonlinear optical effect. It has nonlinear refractive index as high as 0.3μesu,which will become a candidate material for nonlinear optics.
