20世纪60年代,知识管理的理念产生。随后的几十年,知识管理在西方受到了理论上和实践上的重视。20世纪90年代中后期,我国紧随世界潮流掀起了知识管理研究的热潮。从大学这个产生和传播知识的重镇出发,关注其中高智商成员,揭示大学及其成员进行知识管理的重要性。重点探讨大学知识管理和大学中成员个人知识管理方面现存的问题,并提出改善和解决部分问题的建议。

The concept of Knowledge Management came into being in 1960s.In the later decades of years, Knowledge Management has been attached great importance in theory and practice in the west. Following the worldwide tide, our country raised a tidal wave of Knowledge Management researching the late 1990s.This article respects the universities which produce and spread knowledge, pays close attention to the universities＇ high IQ members, in order to reveal the great importance of carrying out Knowledge Management in universities. The article conscientiously discusses the current problems of Knowledge Management in the universities and the Personal Knowledge Management of the university members, and brings up solutions to improve and setter part of the problems.
