摘要
态度是由认知、情感和行为倾向三个因素构成的持久而稳定的个体内在心理结构。品德的社会心理学阐释是个体对社会道德规范的态度,道德教育过程是这一特殊态度形成和改变的过程,情感在这一过程中发挥着至关重要的作用。德育工作者、德育信息和德育情境构成影响受教育者情感的外在刺激因素,因而要调动受教育者在道德教育过程中的积极性,就要从以下三个方面入手:德育工作者要全面提高素养,增强道德教育的号召力;德育信息要熔铸积极情感,增强道德教育的感染力;德育情境要精心创设,增强道德教育的渗透力。
Attitude is a steady and sustaining individual Psychological Structure composed of cognition, emotion and behavioral tendency. Morality is the attitude of individual towards social moral norm in explanation of social psychology, and the moral education is the process of formation and change of this special attitude, in which emotion plays an important role. Three stimulator factors exert influence on the students' emotion: moral educator, moral information and moral situation, according to this, in order to arouse the students' enthusiasm in moral education, three following aspects could be initiated: moral educator should enhance attainment and the rallying point of moral education; moral information should enhance positive emotion and appeal of moral education; moral situation should be carefully devised and enhance the penetration of moral education.
