美国教师“同伴互助”与“同伴指导”辨析 被引量:10

摘要 在美国,教师同伴互助和同伴指导这两种教师专业发展活动已有二十余年的发展历史。目前在我国,这两个概念之间仍存在着指称混淆的现象。本文就二者的概念内涵与产生缘由、参与者情况、实施方式和实施效果等方面进行分析和比较。
