摘要
目的:探讨加减抵当汤对大鼠IR的疗效和机理。方法:造模大鼠随机分成正常组、模型组、加减抵当汤高、中、低剂量组、文迪雅组,检测IR相关指标,并用RT-PCR方法检测肝脏InRmRNA、PPARγmRNA和骨胳肌GLUT4mRNA、PPARγmRNA的表达。结果:加减抵当汤高、中剂量能明显降低IR大鼠的FINS和ISI,血TC、TG和LDL-C水平,改善血液流变学指标,上调IR大鼠肝脏InRmRNA和骨胳肌、GLUT4mRNA的表达。结论:加减抵当汤能改善IR,上调InRmRNA、GLUT4mRNA的表达可能是其作用机理之一。
Objective:To approach the effect and mechanism of jiajian didang decoction on insulin resistance(IR)rats.Methods:Models was made by feeding high fat and sugar diet,rats were divided into normal,model,jiajian didang decoction high,middle,low groups and positive group.FBS,FINS,ISI and blood lipid levels were determined,InRmRNA,GLUT4mRNA expression were tested by RT-PCR.Results:Jiajian didang decoction(middle and low dosage)could improved IR,up-regulate InRmRNA and GLUT4mRNA expression in rats with IR.Conclusion:Jiajian didang decoction may improve IR,up-regulating the InRmRNA and GLUT4mRNA expression maybe one of the mechanism.
