摘要
《中华人民共和国执业医师法》的颁布实施标志着我国开始实行医师资格的"准入"制度,这对促进医学院校不断改进教学方法,提高教学质量,起到了积极的作用。为了适应当今社会人才市场发展的需求,提高毕业生的综合素质和实际工作能力,参照国家执业医师考试大纲(实践技能部分),以改革临床技能考核模式为切入点,并在本科2001级实习生中举行了竞赛,以考促教,以考促学,充分发挥技能考核的杠杆作用,对提高医学生临床实践能力起到了很好的促进作用。
Law of the People＇s Republic of China on Medical Practitioners,which marks the admittance system of doctors has been enforced in our country ,has the positive effect on the effective of teaching and studying in medical colleges .In order to adapt the demand of the personnel market developing,and improve the comprehensive quality and practice ability of the graduates,according to the part of the practical skill in the outline of national medical practitioner＇s examination,and regarding the undergraduates of the examination model about clinic ability as the breakthrough point,the competitions are helb in the undergraduates of 2001 class.By this way,to give full play to the skill examination and achieve a good effect on improving the clinic practical ability of the medical students.
