中草药添加剂对生长猪内脏器官与肌肉成分影响的研究

摘要 选取12头杜大长三元杂生长猪进行消化试验后继续进行屠宰试验,随机分成3组。组Ⅰ为对照组,饲喂基础日粮,Ⅱ、Ⅲ组为试验组,在基础日粮中分别添加0.1%复合饲用抗生素和1%中草药添加剂复方B,以研究中草药添加剂对生长猪内脏器官与肌肉化学成分的影响,并与饲用抗生素的效果进行横向比较。结果表明:中草药组试验猪的主要内脏器官相对重量有所降低,避免了内脏器官的功能性增生。肝脏与脾脏相对重量为抗生素组最大(P>0.05);组Ⅲ的试验猪背最长肌DM、CP、和ASH含量最高(P>0.05),对半膜肌的化学成分无改变作用。 12 Duroc× Large White × Landrace White growing pigs were randomly divided into three treatments ( Ⅰ , Ⅱ ,Ⅲ ) to make a slaughtering trial following digestive trial, viz CK, 0.1 % compound antibiotic and 1% compound Chinese herb B, with four repeats each treatment, investigated the effects of compound Chinese herb feed additives on organ and tissues, muscle components of growing pigs, and have a comparison with compound antibiotic treatment as well. The results showed that the compound Chinese herb feed additives B tended to reduce most relative weights of organs of pigs in trial, prevented the functional hyperplasia of organs. The relative weights of liver and spleen of antibiotic treatment were the heaviest ( P 〉 0.05 ). The contents of DM,CP,ASH of longissimus dorsi (LD) muscle of treatment Ⅱ were the highest ( P 〉 0.05 ), and there had hardly any changes on chemical components of semimembranous muscle.
