摘要
本文针对大型医疗设备售后服务的现状,提出了售后服务最优标准及评估方法,以促进建立更规范、更合理的售后服务体系。
Considering the status quo after-sales service for large medical equipment, the paper puts forward the optimum standard and evaluation method to promote the establishment of more standardized and reasonable after-sales service system.
