摘要当前,越来越多的跨国公司通过直接投资和技术联盟的方式将R&D活动离岸经营。R&D离岸与外包是两个相互联系而有区别的概念。驱动跨国公司离岸从事R&D活动的因素很复杂,外部环境的改变和成本削减、研发人才获取等内部需求因素解释了这个现象背后的原因。
