摘要
分析引起缸体、缸盖渗漏的原因。综述CE、Si/C比、孕育剂种类和加入量、Cr-Fe加入量以及微量元素对缩松渗漏的影响。指出防止缩松引起的渗漏的有效措施是:选择恰当的铁液成分,选择合适的孕育剂种类和加入量,在缩松部位涂刷碲涂料等。
The reasons causing leakage of cylinder block and head were analyzed. The influences of CE content, Si/C ratio, inoculant sorts and inoculant addition amount, addition amount of Cr-Fe, as well as some trace elements on shrinkage- caused leakage was summarized. It was pointed out that the effective measures to prevent shrinkage-caused leakage are as follows： optimizing chemical composition, adopting appropriate sorts of inoculants and their proper addition amount, as well as painting Te-containing coating on locations having shrinkage and leakage tendency and so on.
