铸铁凸轮轴白口区中的石墨异常析出

Abnormal Graphite in Chilled Zone of Cast Iron Camshaft

介绍了天津夏利汽油机凸轮轴的生产条件和技术要求,分析了其激泠部位的石墨异常析出(黑线)现象,并进行了辚线的耐磨性试验,试验结果:黑线处磨损体积为白口区的1.5～3倍,认为黑线缺陷会造成凸轮轴的早期磨损报废。根据生产实践经验,给出了防止和消除黑线缺陷的有效方法。

Production conditions and technical requirements of camshaft used for Xiali gasoline engine was introduced, the abnormal graphite （black line） found in the chilled zone was analyzed, and the wearing-resistance of the black line zone was tested. The result of test showed that the volume wear of the black zone was the 1.5-3 times of that of the chilled zone, therefore, it was considered that the black line defect could cause the early failure of the camshaft due to wearing out. Based on the practical experience, some effective measures to prevent and eliminate the black line defect was proposed.
