摘要
通过对浇注后型(芯)砂受热温度场情况的测定分析,计算出厚壁铸钢件壁厚x与高温区域型(芯)砂厚度y之间的关系式为:y=2.596+0.020x+3.5×10-4x2-4.1×10-7x3,使厚壁件水玻璃砂溃散性差的问题得到了更合理有效的解决。
Based on measurement and analysis of the temperature field of molding/core sand after having been heated during pouring, the relation formula expressing the relationship between the wall thickness of the thick wall steel castings x and the sand thickness of the high temperature zone y was obtained by calculation as follows:y=2.596+0.020x+3.5×10^-4 x^2-4.1×10^-7x^3, As a result, the problem of poor collapsibility of sodium silicate sand used for thick wall steel castings has been more effectively and reasonably solved.
