为了开发芳纶1313 29.5 tex纯纺针织纱,针对芳纶1313纤维在纺纱过程中易产生静电,而出现纤维漂浮、飞散、棉网难以凝聚成条、绕罗拉、绕锡林、起毛羽等问题,采取喷洒抗静电剂,提高纤维回潮率以提高纤维的可纺性;同时为了减少纤维的损伤,开清棉工序选择"流程短、减少开清点"和"薄喂轻打、少落、大隔距、轻定量"的工艺原则;梳棉工序选用新型的梳理针布,取得了较好的效果,成纱质量达到使用要求。

To develop aramid 1313 29.5 tex pure knitting yarn, anti-static agent was adopted according to the problems of easy static in spinning, and the problems of fiber flotation, difficult to nesting sliver, winding roller, winding cylinder, and generating hairiness and so on. Short circulation, fewer opening and cleaning point, fewer feeding, softer beating, less waste, bigger gauge, smaller weight per unit was adopted to reduce fiber damage. New type carding cloth was adopted, better effect is got, and yarn quality can reach use demands.
