美韩双边在各自利益需求的考量之下成功签署FTA,必将刺激亚太地区各国洽签双边FTA的热情。对于近年来许多经济指标都被韩国超越的台湾当局来说,难免感到紧张却又一筹莫展。韩美FTA对台湾的挑战将如何?这是本文要讨论的重点。

The US and South Korea have signed a bilateral Free Trade Agreement （FTA） for the sake of their own needs and interests ,which will surely stimulate the enthusiasm for signing bilateral FTAs between countries in Asia-Pacific region. Taiwan,which has been surpassed by Korea in terms of many economic indicators in recent years,will inevitably feel nervous but can find no way out. For Taiwan,the US-Korea FTA is lnly the beginning of challenge,which will be regarded as a key issue to be discussed in this paper.
