中国农作物地区布局的灰色局势决策分析

A Grey Decision-making Analysis on Regional Distribution of Agricultural Produce in China

在当前社会主义新农村建设中,根据各地区综合优势探索地区农业发展道路已为政府农村政策方面的中心课题。论文从包括自然、社会和经济等多角度,运用灰色系统局势决策方法对中国主要农产品的地区布局进行了分析。结果表明,31个省(市、区)有各自的优势农作物,比如,北京的优势局势为玉米、小麦、水果、油料、豆类;对12种农作物依其比较优势按省份进行了排序;并提出了相应的政策建议。

In the construction of new socialist countryside of China,exploring the way of regional agricultural development,based on the comprehensive regional advantages of different regions has been the theme of study in the aspect of government＇s countryside policy.This paper analyzed the regional distribution of the main agricultural produce in China with the method of the gray decision-making of the multi-objective situation based on the index natural,social and economic conditions.The results showed that there exist advantage crops of regional distribution in 31 provinces（municipalities and autonomous regions）.For example,the advantages of Beijing are maize,wheat,fruits,edible oil and legume.The order of 12 kinds of corps compared by province is also determined.Relative policy suggestions were also summarized for the government＇s policy decision.
