摘要
利用蚯蚓生物处理方法,同自然堆肥作对比试验,研究了两种处理对畜禽粪便氨气产量的影响。每日在环境温度处于20~25℃时测定一次畜禽粪便所产氨气的体积浓度,并将此数值换算为质量浓度。经测定,自然堆肥处理每立方米牛、猪、鸡粪便所产氨气的质量分别为51.33mg、100.10mg、210.78mg,而蚯蚓处理组的为32.12mg、38.03mg、45.01mg。统计分析表明两种处理差异极显著(P<0.01),经蚯蚓生物处理后的畜禽粪便氨气产量明显降低。因此,利用蚯蚓促进畜禽粪便转化利用,是发展畜产循环经济、治理畜禽粪便污染、变废为宝的一项新技术。
The test compares the two disposal methods between the earthworm and natural compost to study the influence of the two treatments to the ammonia yield in livestock and poultry excrement.Everyday when the environment temperature is between 20℃ and 25℃ the ammonia density is measured,and converts the result to mass concentration.By determination,The ammonia from every stere meter of cow 、pig and chicken excrement in the natural compost are 51.33 mg,100.10mg and 210.78mg and the earthworm processing are 32.12 mg,38.03 mg and 45.01mg.Statistics results show that the difference is dramatic(P﹤0.01),so using earthworm could significantly decrease the ammonia yield in livestock and poultry excrement.Therefore,using the earthworm to accelerate the conversion of livestock and poultry excrement is a good method to develop the circulation economy,manage pollution of the livestock and poultry excrement and change "Waste"into Wealth.
