摘要
用微生物电极,测定酵母菌等三种菌类的标准曲线。对酵母菌,大肠杆菌和枯草杆菌的检测低限分别为5×105,2×106和1×105Celle/ml检测时一般不小于20min,重现性误差小于5%h,同时还讨论了温度、磁搅转速等因素对菌类浓度测定的影响。
The calibration curves for yeast, E. cali and B. subtilis were determined by using the mierobial electrode descrital in the previous paper. Detectale for of yout, E. wh and B. subtilis were 5×105, 2×106 and 1×105 Cells./ml resptw. bon the w generally less than 20 min.
