中国西北地区现代农业建设中新型农民教育培训研究——基于陕西、甘肃和宁夏的调查

Research on the Farmer's Training in Building Modern Agriculture of North-western China——On the base of investigations in Shaan Xi,Gan Su and Ning Xia provinces

建设现代农业,最终要靠有文化、懂技术、会经营的新型农民,对农民进行培训则是培养新型农民的一种有效途径。以陕西、甘肃和宁夏的农户问卷调查资料和县(区)、乡(镇)、村制度调查资料为依据,分析了西北地区农民素质现状、西北地区农民培训需求现状、培训供给现状、需求与供给之间的缺口,并提出弥补需求和供给之间缺口、完善西北农民培训工作的政策建议。

New type farmers who are educated and know technology and Business skills are needed in building modern agriculture,and the training for farmers is the effective way to cultivate the new type farmers.On the base of the data from Farmers survey in Shaanxi,Gansu and Ningxia provinces,this paper analyzes the existing situation of farmers＇ qualities in north-western countries,the existing situation of farmers training demand and supply,the gap between the demand and the supply.Finally,this paper proposes the suggestions on covering the gap and improving the farmers＇ training work.
