摘要
综述了AgNO3在植物离体培养及遗传转化中的应用情况,详细论述了基因型、处理时间及浓度和外植体类型对AgNO3作用效果的影响,探讨了AgNO3与乙烯和多胺的关系对离体培养物器官发生或形态建成的影响,并指出了今后AgNO3在植物离体培养中应用研究的重点。
Advances on application of AgNO3 in in vitro culture and transformation have been overviewed. The factors affecting the efficiency of AgNO3 including the genotypes, the times of treatment, the concentrations of AgNO3 used and the explants chose are explained. AgNO3 as a competitive inhibitor regulating the synthesis of ethylene and polyamine plays a very important role in organogenesis or morphogenesis of in vitro cultures. Some important ideas focusing on the further research are also indicated.
