新农村建设中农村人力资源开发与农民增收的实证分析

Demonstration Analysis to the Influence of Developing Human Resources in Rural Areas to Increase Peasant’s Income on the Background of Constructing a New Rural Area of Socialism: Taking Jiangxi Province as an Example

阐述了社会主义新农村建设背景下,农村人力资源开发的必要性,并分析了农村人力资源开发与农民增收的理论机制。以江西省为例,在分析1996—2005年农村人力资源与农民收入的演变趋势与特征的基础上,运用回归分析的方法进行定量分析,结果表明,农村人力资源开发对从事于农与非农产业的农民的收入都有一定的影响。

This paper describes the need of development of human resources in rural areas on the background of constructing a new rural area of socialism, and analysis of the theoretical mechanisms between rural human resources development and increase the income of the farmers. This article takes Jiangxi province as an example to analyze the developing trend and characters of developing human resources in rural area and farmers＇ income since the 1995 to 2005 in Jiangxi province. On the base of that, this article conducts the analysis of linear regression, and the results indicate that the development of human resources in rural areas is a main factor influence of decreasing the income of peasant who engaged in farming and non-farming in Jiangxi province.
