紫苏籽油对小鼠哮喘模型嗜酸性粒细胞的抑制作用 被引量:11

摘要 目的探讨紫苏籽油对小鼠哮喘模型炎性细胞的影响。方法采用卵白蛋白(OVA)腹腔注射致敏和雾化激发的方法建立小鼠哮喘模型,然后用紫苏籽油对哮喘小鼠进行干预。对外周血和肺组织白细胞和嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)进行计数比较。结果紫苏籽油100 mg.Kg-1显著减少EOS在肺组织的浸润和周围血中的数量,与哮喘模型组比较有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论紫苏籽油能抑制哮喘小鼠EOS性炎症。 Objective To explore the effect of Perilla frutescens seed oil (PFSO)on inflammation leukocytes in asthmatic model mice. Methods The mouse asthma models were established by sensitization with intraperitoneal valbumin (OVA)and provocation with spray inhalation of valbumin (OVA). Then asthmatic model mice wrer treated with perilla frutescens seed oil, and the numbers of leukocytes and eosinophils (EOS) in blood and pulmonay tissue were counted and compared. Results The numbers of E0S in the peripheral blood and pulmonay tissue of the PFS0 (100mg·Kg^-1) group decreased more significantly than those of the asthmatic group(P 〈0.01 ). Conclusion PFSO can suppress eosinophilic inflammation in asthmatic mice.
