血栓通配合卡维地洛治疗冠心病左心功能不全30例临床观察

The Clinical Observation of Xueshuantong Combined with Cavedilol on Chronic Left Heart Insufficiency in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

目的观察血栓通配合卡维地洛治疗冠心病左心功能不全的临床疗效。方法将冠心病合并慢性心功能不全患者90例随机分为综合组(血栓通配合卡维地洛)、卡维地洛组及对照组各30例,用药4周后比较各组临床疗效及超声心动图指标改善情况。结果综合组患者临床疗效明显优于对照组和卡维地洛组,4周末卡维地洛组和综合组的左室射血分数和WMSI值与对照组相比差异均有显著性。结论血栓通配合卡维地洛可明显改善冠心病左心功能,提高患者生活质量。

Objective： To evaluate the curative effect of Xueshuantong and cavedilol on chronic Left heart insufficiency（CHI） of patients with coronary heart disease （CHD） . Methods： The 90 CHI patients with CHD were divided into three groups randomly： compound group （30 patients）： they were given cavedilol and Xueshuaraong for 4 cavedilol group （30 pat/ents）： they were given cavedilol 5 - 10 mg/d for 4 weeks; control group （30 patients）： they were given basic therapy, weeks; The heart rate and cardiac function status were evaluated after 4 weeks after therapy. Results： After 4 weeks treatment, cardiac function was improved. Compound group was better than the other group in clinical effect. Compound group and cavedilol group were better than control group in LVEF and WMSI, but there was no statistic meaning between the two groups. Conclusion： Xueshuaraong and cavedilol have better effects in improving CHD patients with LV dysfunction.
