缺血中风急性期阴阳类证辨证证型特点初步探讨

Elementary Study on the Characteristics of Acute Ischemic Stroke TCM Syndrome Types Differentiated from Yin-syndrome and Yang-syndrome

目的通过对比研究对缺血中风急性期阴阳类证辨证证型特点进行初步探讨。方法对纳入研究的195例缺血中风急性期患者按阴阳类证辨证,对比阴类证、阳类证患者性别、年龄、神经功能缺损程度等基本资料。结果在缺血中风急性期患者中,阴类证所占比例较高;两者在男女构成比中存在显著性差异,阴类证中女性比例高,阳类证中男性比例高;两组在年龄上无显著性差异;入院时患者NIHSS积分阴类证与阳类证有显著性差异,阳类证患者较高。结论阴类证与阳类证相比,具有比例高、女性多、神经功能缺损程度轻的特点。

Objective; To do elementary study on the charcateristics of acute ischemic stroke TCM syndrome types differentiated from Yin - syndrome and Yang - syndrome by comparative research. Methods＂ In the clinical study, 195 patients of acute isehemic stroke were differentiated from Yin - syndrome and Yang - syndrome, which basic data included sex, age, neurologic deficits. Results; Among the acute ischemic stroke patients, there were more patients belonged to Yin - syndrome. There was a significant difference in sex. Female took up higher proportion in Yin - syndrome, while male took up higher proportion in Yang - syndrome. No significant difference was found in age. The significant difference was presented in NIHSS score on admission, of which the Yang-syndrome group was higher. Conclusion; Compared with Yang - syndrome, Yin - syndrome has the chacteristics of higher proportion, more female, less neurologic deficits.
