摘要
蝘蜒的染色体数为2n=30,包括6对大型中部着丝粒染色体,8对小型点状染色体和1对性染色体:雄性异配(xy).BSG显带处理后,6对大型染色体和性染色体均显示明显的着丝粒带.1对NORs定位于NO.8小型点状染色体,从核型、带型特征上看,该种可能是石龙子科中的原始种类.
The diploid number of lygosoma indicum is 30, consisting of 6 pairs of matacentric macrochromosomes, 8 pairs of spot microchromosomes and 1 pair of sexchromsomes, chich are heteromorphic in male, isomorphic in female. Sex determination is XY.The dear C-bands wer found in the centromeric positions of the macrochromsomes and sexchromosomes, 1 pair of Ag-NORs are located in the microchromosome No. 8.The morphologica of the karyotype and Ag-NORs between lygosoma indicum and Eumeceschinesis, Sphenomerphus indicum were compared, Lygosoma indicum is considered a more primitive species than the others in Scincidae.
