Effects Of FDP On Enzyme And Free Radical Metabolism Of Brain In Exercise-induced Fatigue Rats In The Recovery Phrases

摘要 以大鼠递增负荷力竭性运动为模型,观察了补充1,6-二磷酸果糖(FDP)对运动力竭后恢复期的脑组织酶活性及自由基代谢水平的影响。结果显示:大鼠跑台运动力竭后即刻,脑组织MDA含量和LDH活性显著提高,而脑组织SOD活性显著降低;在恢复期内,FDP给药组的LDH活性和SOD活性明显高于生理盐水对照组,MDA含量明显低于对照组。这表明FDP对提高脑组织抗氧化能力的水平有良好作用,在一定程度上延缓疲劳的出现。 Taking incremental exercise to exhaustion, the authors studied the effects of FDP and enzyme and the metabolism of the free radicals during the recovery after exhaustive exercise in rats. The results showed : immediately after exhaustion, MDA content and LDH activity of brain increased remarkably, but SOD activity decreased dramatically; during the recovery period, TT had a lower MDA content, higher SOD activity and higher LDH activity than TC. It suggests that FDP is well resisted to lipid peroxidation, and it could delay the exercise- induced fatigue.
