摘要
采用实验法、录像教学法、数理统计法等探索了认知训练模式在篮球的训练和教学中的作用。结果表明:认知训练新模式的训练效果显著优于传统训练模式的效果,并且体现了教师在训练中的主导地位和队员在训练中的主体地位,同时新模式对队员的成绩评价手段多样,能够比较合理公正的评价队员的成绩。
By using experiment, mathematical analysis method etc, the paper explores the function of cognitive training mode in basketball training and teaching. The results show that, the new training mode is better than the traditional training, and the new training mode makes the guiding role and studying role clearly, still has it reasonable means to estimate the training results.
