一氧化氮/核苷化合物对肺成形术后支气管防御系统功能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察一氧化氮/核苷化合物对肺成形术后防御系统功能的影响。方法将20条犬分为两组,均施行左上肺袖式切除术。术后实验组给予一氧化氮/核苷化合物雾化吸入,对照组给予生理盐水雾化吸入。在术后3、7 d测量黏液纤毛清除功能以及对全身血压的影响。结果术后两组的黏液纤毛清除功能均较术前明显降低,但实验组较对照组下降较轻,且差异有统计学意义,血压在两组中并无明显变化。结论一氧化氮能改善支气管成形术后的肺防御系统清除功能。 Objective To study the influence of nueleophile/nitrie oxide on pulmonary defense function after bronehoplasty. Methods Twenty dogs were subjected to left upper lobe bronehoplasty and divided into two groups: In group 1,10 dogs were nebulized with nueleophile/nitrie oxide after bronehoplasty; In group 2,10 dogs were nebulized with normal saline. Results Pulmanry defense function in two groups was signitieantly injured after bronehoplasty, but milder in group 1 than in group 2 with the difference being signitieant. Conclusion Nitric oxide can significantly improve the postoperative pulmonary defense function.
