一氧化氮/核苷化合物对肺成形术后支气管防御系统功能的影响

Influence of nucleophile/nitric oxide on pulmonary defense function after bronchoplasty

目的观察一氧化氮/核苷化合物对肺成形术后防御系统功能的影响。方法将20条犬分为两组,均施行左上肺袖式切除术。术后实验组给予一氧化氮/核苷化合物雾化吸入,对照组给予生理盐水雾化吸入。在术后3、7 d测量黏液纤毛清除功能以及对全身血压的影响。结果术后两组的黏液纤毛清除功能均较术前明显降低,但实验组较对照组下降较轻,且差异有统计学意义,血压在两组中并无明显变化。结论一氧化氮能改善支气管成形术后的肺防御系统清除功能。

Objective To study the influence of nueleophile/nitrie oxide on pulmonary defense function after bronehoplasty. Methods Twenty dogs were subjected to left upper lobe bronehoplasty and divided into two groups： In group 1,10 dogs were nebulized with nueleophile/nitrie oxide after bronehoplasty; In group 2,10 dogs were nebulized with normal saline. Results Pulmanry defense function in two groups was signitieantly injured after bronehoplasty, but milder in group 1 than in group 2 with the difference being signitieant. Conclusion Nitric oxide can significantly improve the postoperative pulmonary defense function.
