摘要
信息社会对图书馆人才提出了更高的要求。图书馆学本科教育必须在专业教学中融合创新教育与实践教育理念,才能培养出学生的创新与实践能力,适应现代信息环境下图书馆的需求。本文将三层阶梯教学模式及西方"两步制"教学方法引入我国图书馆学本科教学体系中,试图寻求一条图书馆学创新性人才培养的道路。
The information society puts forward high requests to library talents. The undergraduate education of Library Science must integrate the conceptions of innovation education and pratical education , on this base, the students can develop the innovative and practical ability, to adapt the needs of libraries under modern information environment. This paper introduce the three-tier teaching model and the west "two- step" teaching methods to the undergraduate teaching system of Library Science, trying to find a road of innovative talent training in Library Science.
