摘要
本文首先依据数据库中的检索数据分析我国关于开放获取研究的总体情况及研究重点,为促进开放获取学术资源的利用,对开放获取学术资源的获取策略研究进行综述,最后呼吁图书馆采取相应的措施。
Based on the data from databases , the paper firstly analyses the research of open access on overall situation in China , to promote the utilization of open access academic information resources, makes a review to open access academic resources and its acquisition strategy, mainly about distribution of kinds of open access resources, and access to the network and non-network resources, and a final appeal to the library to take corresponding measures.
