摘要
采用差热分析(DTA)、X射线衍射分析(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)等分析手段研究了TiO2和TiO2+ZrO2两种晶核剂对Li2O-Al2O3-SiO2系微晶玻璃晶化过程和性能的影响。结果发现,与采用TiO2单一晶核剂相比,TiO2+ZrO2复合晶核剂后所得玻璃的析晶活化能E降低,晶化指数n加大,体积析晶趋势加大;当两种玻璃成核温度和时间相同,各自在最佳的晶化温度晶化后,均可得到纳米结构的β-锂辉石固溶体晶相,其中采用TiO2+ZrO2复合晶核剂样品的晶粒更细小,抗弯强度更高。
The effect of 4.5wt% TiO2 and 2wt% TiO2 + 2.5wt% ZrO2 on the crystallization and properties of Li2O-Al2O3-SiO2 system glasses was investigated by the method of differential thermal analysis (DTA), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and the scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results show that when TiO2 + ZrO2 is used as nucleation agent, the crystallization activation energy E decreases and the Avrami exponent n increases comparing single TiO2 is used as nucleation agent. The bulk crystallization tendency of the glass added with TiO2 + ZrO2 is larger than that of the glass added with single TiO2. When heated at the most effective thermal schedule, the crystallized phase is identified as β-spodumene solid solution in both glass-ceramics and SEM observations indicate that glass-ceramics sample with TiO2 + ZrO2 have finer nano-crystals which could result in a increase in the flexural strength.
